1) Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services operated by The Jetsetter’s Closet, LLC ("Jetsetter’s Closet," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our related policies (including our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy).

6) Orders, Pricing, and Payment
1) Order Acceptance

2) Pricing and Errors
We try to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occur. If we discover an error, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
3) Taxes
Sales tax/VAT/GST (or other taxes) may be added where required and will be shown at checkout.
4) Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, discount codes, and free-shipping offers may have additional terms (such as expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, and exclusions). We may modify or end promotions at any time.
7) Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Shipping options, costs, destinations, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and/or on the product page.
Some items may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers and may ship separately. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Unless otherwise required by law, risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier scans the package as accepted.
8) Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- Returns must be requested and approved before items are sent back.
- Return windows are based on delivery date (per carrier tracking).
- We may refuse or reduce refunds/credits for returns that do not meet eligibility requirements (including items not in original condition, missing tags, signs of wear/wash, or returns requested/shipped outside the allowed window).
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, customers must contact us within the timeframe stated in the Return & Refund Policy and provide required documentation (such as photos/video). If confirmed, replacement is offered first when available, and we reserve the right to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as allowed by our policy and applicable law.
9) Digital Products (Current or Future)
We may offer digital products (for example, downloadable guides, digital downloads, or other digital content).
Unless otherwise stated at purchase:
- Digital products are delivered electronically
- Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or accessed
- You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the digital product for your own use
- You may not copy, resell, distribute, share, or create derivative works from digital products unless we expressly allow it in writing
10) Subscriptions, Memberships, and Loyalty Programs
- Loyalty Program
- We offer a loyalty program powered by Smile.io. Program rules, earning/redeeming points, and eligibility may be governed by additional terms presented within the loyalty program interface.
- Jetsetters Passport Club
- We offer a membership or loyalty experience called the Jetsetters Passport Club. Benefits, eligibility, pricing (if any), renewal terms (if any), and exclusions will be described at sign-up or within the program details.
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue loyalty programs, points, tiers, and benefits at any time to the extent permitted by law.
11) Product Information, Availability, and Color/Fit Disclaimer
We work hard to display products accurately. However:
- Colors may vary due to screen settings and lighting
- Fit can vary by style, fabric, and body type
- Product availability can change quickly
We do not guarantee that product descriptions, sizing guidance, or other content is complete, current, or error-free.
12) User Content (Reviews, Comments, Photos)
If you submit content (including reviews, comments, photos, or videos), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content for marketing and business purposes.
You represent that you own or have permission to post the content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
13) Intellectual Property
All site content (including text, graphics, logos, designs, and images) is owned by or licensed to The Jetsetter’s Closet, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not use our trademarks, branding, or content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or any purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Jetsetter’s Closet, LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
19) Disputes, Governing Law, and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Unless prohibited by law, you agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and disputes).
21) Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any policies referenced (including Shipping and Returns), constitute the entire agreement between you and The Jetsetter’s Closet, LLC regarding your use of the site and purchases.
