Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Times and Rates

United States

We ship to all 50 states, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Rates are calculated based on weight:

Standard Shipping (2–5 Business Days for U.S. Products | 5–10 Business Days for Overseas Products):

  • Up to 0.6 lb.: $3.99
  • Up to 1 lb.: $5.99
  • Up to 5 lb.: $9.99
  • Over 5 lb.: $14.99

Expedited Shipping (2 Business Days):

  • Starts at $14 for up to 1 lb., increasing by $2 per additional pound.

Overnight Shipping (Next Business Day):

  • Up to 1 lb.: $23
  • 1–5 lb.: $26–$35
  • 6–10 lb.: $37–$45
  • Over 10 lb.: $48+

International Shipping

We proudly ship to most countries, including Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Rates and delivery times vary based on destination:

Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 8–14 Business Days
  • Rates start at $1.99 (up to 0.6 lb.) and increase based on weight.

Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 8–16 Business Days
  • Rates start at $1.99 (up to 0.6 lb.) and increase based on weight.

New Zealand:

  • Standard Shipping: 8–14 Business Days
  • Rates start at $1.99 (up to 0.6 lb.) and increase based on weight.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs and Import Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with their shipment.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time:

Returns and Exchanges

  • We offer free returns with a prepaid shipping label for eligible orders.
