Black Friday Sale Terms & Conditions

The Jetsetter's Closet | November 1 to November 30, 2026

Our biggest sale of the year is here! Here's everything you need to know so you can shop with confidence.

1. Sale Dates The "November Black Friday All Month" sale starts Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends Monday, November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Your order must be placed within this window to qualify.

2. The Offer Spend more, save more:

  • 10% off merchandise subtotals of $100 or more
  • 20% off merchandise subtotals of $200 or more
  • 30% off merchandise subtotals of $300 or more

3. How Tiers Work

  • Your tier is based on your merchandise subtotal after any other markdowns or sale prices, and before shipping, taxes, and fees.
  • Only one tier applies per order: the highest one you qualify for. Tiers don't stack. For example, a $250 subtotal earns 20% off, not 10% plus 20%.
  • The discount applies to eligible merchandise only.
  • The discount is applied automatically at checkout. No code needed.

4. Exclusions This offer does not apply to:

  • "Last Call" items and any item marked final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Shipping, handling, and delivery fees
  • Taxes

Excluded items do not count toward your tier subtotal.

5. No Stacking This sale cannot be combined with any other discount, promo code, or offer.

6. Where It Applies This offer is valid on jetsetterscloset.com only. It is not valid on Whatnot.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • If you return part of an order, the discount is prorated. Your refund reflects the amount you actually paid for the returned item(s), not their full price.
  • If a return drops your remaining merchandise subtotal below the threshold for the tier you received, your refund will be recalculated at the lower tier or no discount, whichever applies. The difference will be deducted from your refund.
  • All returns are subject to our standard Refund Policy.

8. Shipping Shipping times vary by item. Each product page lists its own shipping estimate, so check there before you order. Because this is a busy holiday season, delays are possible, and sale pricing doesn't guarantee delivery by a specific date.

9. While Supplies Last Quantities are limited. Sale items may sell out at any time, and we can't offer rain checks or backorders at sale pricing.

10. Pricing Errors and Changes We do our best to be accurate, but mistakes happen. We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors, to cancel orders affected by them (with a full refund), and to modify, extend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel orders we reasonably believe involve abuse, fraud, or misuse of the promotion.

11. No Adjustments on Past Orders The discount isn't retroactive. We can't apply it to orders placed outside the sale period or adjust prices on past purchases.

12. Void Where Prohibited This offer is void where prohibited by law.
