Returns & Refunds Policy
Easy Returns
At The Jetsetter’s Closet, we want you to love every piece you order. If something’s not right, here’s how returns work.
Return Request Window (Important)
You must request your return within 15 days of delivery.
To start a return, email hello@jetsetterscloset.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
Refunds & Store Credit
Within 7 days of delivery → Eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
8–30 days after delivery → Eligible for store credit only (perfect for grabbing a different size, color, or style later).
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once your return is received and inspected. Store credit is issued as soon as your return is approved.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Returns must be sent back in the original packaging.
Some items (like swimwear, intimates, and accessories) may have special restrictions—check the product page for details.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Last Call items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return
Contact Us: Email hello@jetsetterscloset.com with your order number and whether you’re requesting a refund (within 7 days) or store credit (8–30 days). You may also use the return feature on the Shop App.
Receive Label: We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
Ship-by Deadline: Your return package must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your prepaid label.
If the return is not shipped within that 7-day window, the return request will be closed and the return will no longer be accepted.
Pack It Up: Securely pack your items (original packaging required) and attach the return label.
Ship It Back: Drop it off at your nearest shipping facility.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at hello@jetsetterscloset.com with photos. We’ll send a replacement, store credit, or refund right away—your choice.
