The Jetsetter’s Closet Return & Exchange Policy

Easy Returns

At The Jetsetter’s Closet, we want you to love every piece you order. If something’s not right, here’s how returns work:

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Within 7 Days of Delivery → Eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
  • 8–30 Days After Delivery → Eligible for store credit only (perfect for grabbing a different size, color, or style later).

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once your return is received and inspected. Store credit is issued as soon as your return is approved.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Some items (like swimwear, intimates, and accessories) may have special restrictions—check the product page for details.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Email hello@jetsetterscloset.com with your order number and whether you’re requesting a refund (within 7 days) or store credit (8–30 days).
  2. Receive Label: We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack It Up: Securely pack your items (original packaging if possible) and attach the return label.
  4. Ship It Back: Drop it off at your nearest shipping facility.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at hello@jetsetterscloset.com with photos. We’ll send a replacement, store credit, or refund right away—your choice.
